Aside from my day to day Technical Product Manager responsibilities, I also found myself dedicating time to internal process improvements. I enjoyed finding bottlenecks and areas of improvement to help the company enhance our clients’ experience.

As the quickest growing and most time-intensive product from early in my Product Management career, this project taught me how to become a more productive and efficient Product Manager. The following are some of the highlights:
